This is a volunteer-run charity event organized to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. All event staff and administrators are volunteers. No event staff or administrators are paid to run this event. Vehicle entry fees are intended to go directly to the charity, with no event overhead, labor, or administrative costs deducted. Supplies, materials, prizes, time, and other event support may be donated by volunteers, sponsors, or community partners. Food trucks, vendors, or third-party participants operate independently unless otherwise stated. Their sales, proceeds, pricing, services, products, donations, and conduct are separate from the vehicle entry donations and are not managed, controlled, or guaranteed by the event organizers. Participation in the event is voluntary. Event details, awards, classes, voting rules, schedules, locations, vendors, and activities may be adjusted by event staff as needed. Nothing on this site creates a contract, partnership, employment relationship, sponsorship relationship, agency relationship, or formal agreement between the event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, Walmart, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, entrants, voters, or guests.
