About This Event
This car show is a community event supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Vehicle owners are invited to register their cars, trucks, and custom builds, and guests are invited to walk the show, enjoy the vehicles, and vote for their favorites.
How Registration Works
Each vehicle entry is a $20 Donation. One registered vehicle equals one entry. After a vehicle is paid, it receives a vehicle number based on its class. That number is what voters will use when casting their ballots.
Vehicles are grouped into classes so similar builds can be judged together. Event staff may adjust or add classes before the event begins if needed.
Voting
Each voter will receive a voter code. The code can be entered on the voting page or accessed through a QR code at the event.
Voters may choose one vehicle per class and one overall Best in Show vote. Skipping a class is allowed. Votes can be changed while voting is open unless the voter chooses to lock their ballot.
Once voting closes, public voting ends and event staff may enter or verify any approved paper ballots. Results are not shown publicly until they are finalized.
Awards
Public voting determines class winners and Best in Show. Special awards, such as Kid’s Choice or Team Choice, may be handled separately by event staff and added to the final results.
Results
During the event, the results page will only show the current event status, such as voting open, voting closed, or results final. Vote totals are not shown publicly while voting is still open or while results are being reviewed.
Once results are final, winners will be posted publicly.
For Entrants
Please make sure your vehicle card is displayed clearly so voters can see your vehicle number. Voters are voting by number, so the number matters.
